FAQs

How do I become eligible for complimentary lounge access?

If an airline announces a delay that meets or exceeds the delay threshold of 60 minutes from the scheduled departure time, passengers will receive an airport lounge voucher via email.

The voucher will be received by email, and it contains a 2D barcode which, when scanned at a participating airport lounge, grants the user access.

In the event that transport services on which the Insured has previously booked to travel are delayed (abroad) due to strike, industrial action, adverse weather conditions, mechanical breakdown or technical fault, the Assistance Company will indemnify the Insured in respect of restaurant meals, refreshments and/or hotel accommodation (after 6 hours delay) used during the period of delay on the outward journey at commencement of the Covered Trip.
